We remind you that smoking and vaping are prohibited in the rooms and common areas of the hotel. We have a terrace on the ground floor of the hotel where you can smoke/vape in peace. If the fire detection system is triggered or if a cigarette smell is detected in the room, you will be charged for cleaning fees.

Also, remember to respect other guests by avoiding making too much noise at night, as well as our cleaning team by putting your rubbish in the bins. If a behaviour seems inappropriate to you, our reception is available 24/7 to assist you.

Pets are allowed in the establishment except in shared rooms, one per room regardless of its size, for an additional charge of €7 per night.

Minors staying alone must have parental authorization and are not allowed in shared rooms.

For shared rooms, you will be allocated a bed and a secure locker upon arrival.

The Kitchen is not freely accessible, but we are always present to heat your dishes, provide you with cutlery or any other necessary utensil to prepare your meal (within the limits of the equipment we have). A refrigerator and a freezer are available upon simple request and at any time.

Any theft of towels or items present in the room will be charged at their original purchase price and taking into account transport costs: (non-exhaustive list)
